A. Shipping Information
Our online shop calculates shipping in Germany and Austria. Shipping to other countries (EU and non-EU) by parcel or shipping companies is also possible after agreement and individual arrangement. Please ask for details.
Normal shipping takes place with DHL package shipping service.
Information about delivery times:
Delivery within Germany is usually approx. 1-2 working days after dispatch of the commodity without guarantee.
It should also be noted, when shipping to a parcel shop for any reason, the goods will be held for a maximum of 10 calendar days for collection, after which they will be deemed undeliverable and returned to the sender. The purchase contract shall then be deemed not to have been concluded. The purchase price of the commodity is refunded to the buyer in accordance with the right of revocation.
The buyer is nevertheless entitled to maintain the purchase contract. In this case, a written notification must be sent by e-mail to [email protected]. The goods will then be reshipped at the expense of the buyer.
I. Shipping costs package within Germany:
For shipping within the German mainland, we charge shipping costs as follows:
Packages up to 20 kg goods weight, per package 4.95 Euro
Packages up to 30 kg goods weight, per package 5.95 Euro
Orders 30 to 59 kg goods weight are shipped in two packages, total cost 11.90 Euro
II. Shipping costs package to Austria and Switzerland:
For shipping to Austria we charge 11.95€ shipping per package up to 30 kg goods weight.
For shipping to Switzerland we kindly ask you to contact our importer Florence Fritz at http://www.cavale-schweiz.ch. Processing and customs clearance will be made easier for us.
III. Dispatch by forwarding agency:
Shipping costs for Big Bags / pallet goods bagged goods Germany-wide
The mixed dispatch of Big Bags and bagged goods of different products in one shipment is possible without surcharge. Billing is always staggered according to the total weight of the complete consignment up to the next 100 kg in each case. Unloading with an electric lifting platform is included in the service at no extra charge. The delivery time is usually 1-4 working days.
Customers are notified before delivery. If special advice is required, e.g. 1 hour before delivery or 1 day before delivery, the customer must inform us of these special requests in advance. The costs for the notification in the amount of 7.00 Euro are automatically added to the shipping price below.
If delivery is not possible, despite notoficateion, due to the customer's fault, a fee of 60.00 Euro will be charged for each second delivery, which will be invoiced subsequently.
